Wade M. Rolle
Wade Rolle is the founder of Rolle & Kelly. He established this firm in 1992 and has never wavered in his commitment to serving the city of Jacksonville. He is a trial attorney. He began his practice in Jacksonville as an Assistant State Attorney. This experience gives him a unique perspective on how the system works and he is able to use this insight to help his clients until this day. His practice focuses on state and federal criminal defense and family law.
In addition to his practice, Wade is also a member of the D.W. Perkins Bar Association, a member of the National Bar Association, and a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., through which he participates in many philanthropic initiatives.
Wade is a graduate of the University of Georgia Dean Rusk School of Law; He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of West Georgia.

Stephen B. Kelly, Jr.
Stephen Kelly is a Partner at Rolle & Kelly. He is a trial attorney. His practice focuses on state and federal criminal defense, family law, and personal injury. He advocates for individuals and families victimized by implicit and explicitly discriminatory systems, police brutality, and predatory corporations. Simply put, he helps people during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
In addition to his practice, Stephen also fights to secure voting rights, is the chair of the Social Justice Committee of the D.W. Perkins Bar Association, a member of the National Bar Association, and a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., through which he participates in many philanthropic initiatives.

Kimberly N. Kelly
Kim Kelly is an Associate at Rolle & Kelly. Her practice focuses on personal injury and business law. She helps ordinary people fight large corporations to get what is owed to them. She understands the importance of getting into the trenches with her clients and tenaciously fighting for them.
